High grade limestone Indonesia CaCO3 supplier

LIMESTONE

Limestone is a sedimentary rock primarily composed of calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) in the form of the mineral calcite. With a high CaCO₃ content, this product is classified as high-grade limestone, making it highly suitable for heavy industrial applications such as cement manufacturing, steelmaking flux, production of quicklime, and as a filler in the chemical, paper, and paint industries. Its consistent composition, excellent purity, and reliable physical properties ensure stable performance across demanding processes, supporting efficiency and quality in large-scale industrial operations.

Chemical Specification

Component

  • CaCO₃ (Calcium Carbonate) = 95–98%
  • CaO (Calcium Oxide) = 53–55%
  • MgO (Magnesium Oxide) = ≤ 1.0%
  • SiO₂ (Silicon Dioxide) = ≤ 1.5%
  • Fe₂O₃ (Iron Oxide) = ≤ 0.2%
  • Al₂O₃ (Aluminum Oxide) = ≤ 0.5%
  • Loss on Ignition (LOI) = 42–44%
  • Moisture Content = ≤ 1%
